1981 Doctoral degree in biophysics (French 3emecycle), Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris VI

1989 - 1994 Associate professor ,Institute of Biophysics, Semmelweis University, Budapest

1991 Thesis and degree „Candidate of Biological Sciences“ at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Budapest

Research fields

Structure-function relationship of nucleoproteins, chromatin structure, epigenetics at the level of nucleosome structure, molecular interactions in live cells, drug binding to DNA, photobiology of psoralens and porphyrins. Fluorescence spectroscopy, single molecule FRET, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy.
