Research fields
Structure-function relationship of nucleoproteins, chromatin structure, epigenetics at the level of nucleosome structure, molecular interactions in live cells, drug binding to DNA, photobiology of psoralens and porphyrins. Fluorescence spectroscopy, single molecule FRET, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy.
